Rachael is a senior leader in ITS, with subject matter expertise in operational technology from control rooms to connected autonomous mobility.  Rachael has led significant ITS operational change programmes during her career in the UK and overseas and understands how to achieve real and positive change.

Rachael is particularly interested in progressing technologies that enhance safety and perception of safety for road users. It is this knowledge and experience that enables her to see the immense value of eCall for all stakeholders from vehicle passengers to emergency services when it comes to acting quickly and saving lives.
