Reliable incident alerts
eCall suffers from false alarms, but TeCall Alerts filter them and send you ones you can rely on.

The majority of eCalls are false alarms. People press the SOS button by mistake or because they don’t know what it’s for. eCall can also be set off by vehicle faults or when vehicles are scrapped.
eCall false alarms waste time and resources. Emergency Responders need to know when an eCall really needs a response.
TeCall Alerts process eCall data in real-time using tuned and configurable machine learning AI algorithms. These detect false alarms, sorting the reliable events from the unreliable. Only the most reliable are converted into TeCall Alerts and forwarded to you for action.
All eCalls are still handled by the 999/112 emergency operators, so no eCall will be ignored.
